Overview

BrandMD turns corporate designs into brand systems for AI assistants. This website describes the offer; requests are handled by email. You do not upload files or buy anything on the website itself.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technical access data (IP address, time, page, browser, referrer) to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Fonts are served by this website itself, not loaded from Google or other providers.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duties (for example under commercial and tax law) apply.

Setup projects

For a commissioned brand system we process the material you give us (style guide, logos, fonts, images, examples) only for your project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). AI services such as the API of Anthropic PBC (USA) may be used for analysis; under its commercial terms such data is not used for training. Details, including retention and data processing agreements, are set out in the project contract.

Analytics with Google Analytics

Only if you click “Accept” in the notice do we load Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics measures how the website is used (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device) and sets cookies to do so. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Google may also process data in the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

We store your choice in your browser's local storage (entry “brandmd_consent”). You can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; a withdrawal applies from then on.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent. Write to bk@benjaminkohl.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
